ProudNet, a game server engine developer led by CEO Choi Sung-won, and Superbox, a mobile game development and publishing company led by CEO Cho Hyung-woo, announced on the 5th that they have signed a business agreement to collaborate on multiplayer-based game development.

Through this partnership, ProudNet and Superbox plan to cooperate in various areas to advance game development and server engine technologies, including:

* Development of multiplayer-based game content utilizing ProudNet

* Research and development of game network technologies with ProudNet

* Enhancement of game content development technologies and information exchange

* Establishing a mutually beneficial cooperative relationship in other related areas

ProudNet is the developer of the world-class network server engine ProudNet. Based on its engine technology and related patents optimized for multiplayer game development, ProudNet has been adopted in more than 200 games across 19 countries, including the United States, Korea, Japan, and Singapore. Leveraging its accumulated expertise in game server engines, it provides game developers with server solutions that boast outstanding network performance, stability, flexibility, and scalability.

Superbox, founded in 2016, is a specialized mobile game developer and global publisher. To date, it has developed and serviced around 100 mobile games. Its popular titles include Drop the Number, Fruits Master, and Melon Maker. Within this year, Superbox also plans to launch Re-Volt, a retro racing game based on RC cars, across multiple platforms.
