The game server engine solution ProudNet is accelerating its entry into the Japanese gaming market.
ProudNet, led by CEO Choi Sung-won, announced on the September 26th that it has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with FunpleStream, a global game publishing company headed by CEO Kim Hyun, to strengthen its presence in the Japanese gaming market.
Under this agreement, the two companies will:
* Cooperate on marketing and sales of the ProudNet solution in the Japanese gaming market
* Exchange insights on market trends and strategies to ensure a successful market entry
* Engage in broad, multifaceted cooperation to foster growth and generate synergy between the two companies
Through this partnership, ProudNet plans to actively pursue potential clients in Japan while providing technical support and services tailored to the needs of local developers in collaboration with FunpleStream. In particular, FunpleStream will leverage its long-established business network in Japan to oversee ProudNet’s sales and marketing activities, helping to secure a strong foothold in the market.

Starting with this MOU, the two companies plan to hold working-level discussions, establish detailed business plans, and officially launch joint activities in the second half of this year.
